Dollar Declines Versus Yen as Bernanke Says Economic Outlook is Uncertain
The dollar fell for the first time in three days against the yen after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke said the U.S. economic outlook remains unusually uncertain and central bankers are prepared to act as needed to aid growth.
