Russia's Ruble Weakens Against Central Bank's Currency Basket (Bloomberg)
Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- The ruble weakened against the central bank's dollar-euro basket. The currency, which is managed against the basket to protect export competitiveness, fell 0.4 percent to 30.7009 by 10:02 a.m. in Moscow, from 30.5811 on Nov. 14. Official ruble trading runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
